Xiaomi 14T Series Redefines Night Photography With Leica Summilux Lens, Boasts Advanced AI Features

Xiaomi has just unveiled its latest flagship smartphone lineup, the Xiaomi 14T Series, in Singapore. The series, which includes the Xiaomi 14T (priced from S$579) and Xiaomi 14T Pro (priced from S$869), is designed specifically for photography enthusiasts and is set to revolutionise night photography with its advanced camera lenses, and AI-enhanced imaging technology.

Both models in the Xiaomi 14T Series feature a triple camera system with five focal lengths, ranging from 15mm to 120mm for the Pro model, and 15mm to 100mm for the standard model. This range allows for incredible versatility, ensuring that users can capture everything from expansive landscapes to detailed portraits with professional-grade quality. At the heart of the camera system is the Leica Summilux optical lens, which, coupled with the Light Fusion 900 image sensor, provides exceptional low-light performance and stunning detail.

The Xiaomi 14T Series’ main camera boasts a 50MP sensor with a large ƒ/1.6 aperture, capable of capturing up to 32% more light than its predecessors. This technology enables the device to capture extraordinary details both in well-lit environments and in shadows. Dual Native ISO Fusion Max technology further enhances the camera’s ability to perform in any lighting by combining high and low ISO frames for optimal image quality.

As for battery life, Xiaomi 14T Series boasts a robust 5000mAh battery supported by 120W HyperCharge, allowing for a full charge in just 19 minutes. Wireless charging is also available with a 50W HyperCharge option that powers the phone completely in just 45 minutes.

Moreover, Xiaomi has emphasised the design and durability of the new series. Both models boast a sleek, metallic design with an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance, ensuring that they can withstand the rigours of daily use without compromising on style. The phones are available in multiple colours, including Titan Gray, Titan Blue, and Titan Black, with the Xiaomi 14T also coming in a unique Lemon Green.

The Xiaomi MIX Flip (priced from S$1,499) was also introduced, marking Xiaomi’s entry into the compact foldable market. This device, available in both Purple and Black, promises flagship-level performance and professional-grade Leica imaging in a versatile, foldable form factor.
